Job Summary
Responsible for managing end-to-end facility operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, security, engineering, and support services
• Manage multiple sites and ensure smooth operations
• Lead teams and vendors to meet SLAs and KPIs
• Control budgets, costs and resources
• Handle client escalations and improve service delivery
• Ensure statutory compliance and safety standards

​Requirements​

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in facility/operations management
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
